About TFH Morinville

I

n 1978, Pastor Keith and Marian Agrey start a Bible study group in Morinville. A few years later, in 1983, “Morinville Christian Fellowship” is formed, and meets in a rented facility. The Agreys are invited to pastor the church, and continue to minister in that capacity until 1997. Morinville Christian School begins as a ministry of MCF in 1985.
Several church splits in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, make for several years of a “winter” experience, but all along God continues to stir faithful hearts to believe for a great future for MCF.
In 2004 Pastors Greg and Betty Fraser are invited to lead the church. The church numbers about 25 people. Vision to plant and grow churches is laid at this time. With this leadership and vision, the church grows (and the staff does too). In 2006 the “Morinville Discipleship School” is launched to equip young disciples and raise up new leaders.
In 2007, the church purchases 10 acres of land to house a new church and school location. In the midst of a fundraising campaign to build this new church, MCF is incorporated under a new name: The Father’s House. Two new church sites are also launched—one in Rochester (2012) and another in Bon Accord (2013).
In 2014, construction begins on the new TFH Morinville location.
