We Will Honor & Build Up One Another (Pastor Matty Coppin)

Play

God has delegated authority to people in our society. As Christians, we are responsible to honor and respect those He has placed in leadership. Doing so is a means in which to honor God. We also see that we have an obligation to love our neighbors in the same way as we love ourselves. This is how we remain free from hate.

We Will Worship & Trust God Pastor Greg Fraser (Video!)

The Ten Commandments begin by addressing the issue of idolatry. Contrary to popular belief, idolatry is as much as issue in the 21st century as it was in the days of Moses. An idol may be defined as any person, object or activity that has a higher priority in your life than God. Idolatry also takes place when you re-create God in your own image, believing that God is like you. As humans, we are made to worship, and therefore as Christians, it’s essential that we daily re-set our focus on God.
